Horizontal Type Automatic Brush Rotating Water Filter For Chemical Industry
Product Name: Automat
Product introduction
Brush filter is an electrically driven automatically self-cleaning filter. The function of the filter is controlled by a flushing controller. The cleaning process can be activated both automatically and manually. The self-cleaning system makes it possible for the filter cake that has formed on the filter screen to be brushed off, and a great deal of dirt can be removed without interrupting filtration. The short cleaning time of 16-20 seconds, using a minimum of flushing water, is sufficient to clean the entire filter element, with the filtering process being maintained. Features of this unique design are: the electric motor runs the brush axle and the self-regulating brushes over the surface of the screen. The entire screen area is cleaned. Efficient cleaning is achieved by the right contact between the self-adjusting brushes and the screen surface; each brush is pressed carefully against the surface of the screen by two springs.
ADVANTAGES
Safe and hygienic operation
Complete process and operator safety
Continuous unattended operation
Small foot print, least space occupation
Minimum maintenance
Zero emission to environment
Working principle:
The water comes into the system and enters in the pre-filter, flowing to the inside of the screen filter.
Afterwards, the water goes through the screen, so the particles are retained in the internal side of
the filtering element. The water already filtered continues to the outlet manifold.
When there is an increase of the differential of pressure, the flushing cycle starts. A hydraulic valve
is opened in the outlet of the drainage, which provokes the suction in the endings of the inner nozzles.
These, together with a helical movement along the screen, suck the filtered particles. The dirtiness is
expelled by the drainage.
The time of this process is pre-established by the controller. When it finishes, the flushing valve closes
and the process ends with minimal water consumption.
Applications:
Process water
Cooling water processes
Industrial wastewater
Recirculation systems
Irrigation systems
Pre-filtration of disinfection equipment
